
My meals consist of a 1200 calorie day.
For breakfast I had a boiled egg, 2 strips of veggie bacon, unsweetened applesauce, fat free chocolate milk and my 20 ounce coffee with Splenda and creamer. My calories for breakfast was 355. I don't normally eat the applesauce or milk until snack but was a little hungrier after last night's workout. I'm full now. I have an 20 ounce water bottle that I refill all day. I drink 4-5 of those a day.
And for snack I'm going to eat 1/4 cup almonds. The calorie count for that is 124. Before lunch I'll be at 479 calories for the day with 721 left to consume.
Cool... I like this. I especially like how you take a bite of the egg before you take the pic. :)hehe
