Lunch and snack


For lunch I had some tilapia (sans the topping, notice it pushed to the side), broccoli and a side salad that was topped with a tablespoon of sunflower seeds and two teaspoons of light ranch. I normally put two tablespoons of cottage cheese on top in place of the dressing but they were out. All for the low, low cost of 270 calories. Then for snack a couple hours later, I had two snack cups, one each of an unsweetened applesauce and sugar free peaches. Snack cost me 111 calories.

Forgive me, this is new to me...I forgot to take a picture of my snack :( But I trust you know what two little snack cups look like :)
