My first log

Welcome. I've recently gotten a good idea from a cousin of mine to photograph the food I eat. I'm on a weight loss mission and so far, since December 28th have lost 28 pounds. I'm using the BodyMedia Fit armband to help me make sense of all the mathematical confusion. It's working and it's proven to make weight loss simple!

So the reason for this blog is to show what I'm eating at mealtimes and I'm going to add in my exercise for the day as well. I eat out a lot but that hasn't hindered my weight loss at all and my cousin was asking how can I eat out a lot and still lose weight. Great idea to show what I eat in photos!
